This is the emulator needed to play Pokemon ROM's.

A graphics software. This is one folder I use VERY often, so it changes a lot. APE, NTFS, and some of the other tools in this are useful and even needed for specific tutorials.

This is a simple pallet editor originally designed for SNES Rom hacking.

This is the script program I use for ROM hacking. I do tutorials for it in the Forum. It's very versatile, and very useful.

Another Scripting program. I don't do tutorials for this one.

Pokemon Amplifier is a VERY easy to use Pokemon editor.

Edit the Pokemon individually.

Change the sprites in the game easily.

Useful for all types of code, but with the Pokescript Language installed, it's a prime tool for Pokescript.
